What ages does Curious Kids Preschool serve?

We serve children ages 2–5 (turning 2 by September 1). We offer half-day programs only, with morning and afternoon session options.

How do I enroll or schedule a tour?

Is there a registration fee?

Yes — there is a one-time $200 registration fee due at enrollment, plus an enrollment deposit equal to half a month's tuition, which is credited toward your May 2027 tuition.

Do you offer a referral discount?

Yes! When a family you refer enrolls, you receive $50 off your next tuition payment. Just let us know who referred you when you sign up.

Question 5

Is there a discount for military or first responder families?

Absolutely. Military and First Responder families receive an exclusive 5% tuition discount. Contact us to apply the discount to your account.

What schedule options are available?

We offer three flexible half-day schedules: 2-Day (Tuesday/Thursday), 3-Day (Monday/Wednesday/Friday), and 5-Day (Monday–Friday). Both AM (8:00–11:30 AM) and PM (12:10–3:30 PM) sessions are available.

What are the school hours?

AM sessions run 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM and PM sessions run 12:10 PM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Our office is open 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Do you offer a Summer Camp?

Yes! Summer Camp runs 6 weeks from June through July, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, for children ages 2–5. Each week has a fun themed curriculum. Contact us for current pricing and availability.

Can I switch between AM and PM sessions?

What curriculum does Curious Kids use?

Our STEAM curriculum is aligned with CUSD Kindergarten readiness standards. We blend science, technology, engineering, art, and math with social-emotional learning, yoga, mindfulness, and multicultural education.

Is Curious Kids a screen-free school?

Yes — we are proudly screen-free. Children learn through hands-on exploration, creative play, and real-world experiences rather than tablets or screens.

Do you offer enrichment activities?

Yes! Enrichment programs include weekly yoga, Spanish language introduction, Art Masterpieces, hands-on science experiments, and character education woven throughout the week.

What is your class size and teacher-to-child ratio?

We keep class sizes intentionally small. Our 2s class maintains an 8:1 child-to-teacher ratio, while our 3s and Pre-K classes maintain a 12:1 ratio — well below state requirements.

What is your illness and sick-child policy?

To protect all children and staff, please keep your child home if they have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or any contagious symptoms. Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning to school.

What is your tuition payment policy?

Tuition is due monthly. Late payments may be subject to a fee. Please contact us if you have questions about your billing cycle or need to discuss payment arrangements.

Do you follow the Chandler Unified School District calendar?

We generally follow the CUSD academic calendar for holidays and breaks. Our specific school calendar is shared with enrolled families at the start of each school year.
